Villa Serena Group, LLC ("we," "us") operates this website and related booking and advertising forms for our properties: Villa Serena on Water Island, US Virgin Islands, and Penthouse Serena in Montepulciano, Tuscany, Italy.

When you submit an inquiry, lead form, or booking request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, and any details you share about your stay. For confirmed reservations at Penthouse Serena, Italian law requires us to collect passport or ID information from all guests for registration with local authorities.

How we use it. We use your information to respond to your inquiry, share availability and booking details, manage your reservation, and, if you choose, keep you informed about our properties and related Serena Group experiences. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Sharing. We share information only as needed to operate our business: with service providers such as our booking platform and email provider; with our local property managers, who assist with guest arrivals and support during stays; and with authorities where required by law, including guest registration required for stays in Italy.

Advertising platforms. If you reached us through a form on a platform such as TikTok, Facebook, or Instagram (Meta), that platform's own privacy policy also applies to the information you submitted there.

International guests. Our properties are located in the United States Virgin Islands and Italy, and your information may be processed in either location as needed to manage your inquiry or stay. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
